rates INCLUDE: FREE Daily light maid & housekeeping services,
FREE air conditioning, Free unlimited wireless internet access, Free
local telephone calls, DVD/CD players, cable television, Free use of
snorkeling equipment.
Reservation/Deposit Policy:
A three night deposit is required to secure reservations. Payment of the
balance of your reservation will be due just 14 days prior to your date
of arrival. Refunds are available with written cancellation notice
received and confirmed through email at
info@AtlanticOceanBeachVillas.com at least 21 days prior to
scheduled arrival date. Thereafter, deposit is forfeited.
We "DO NOT CHARGE" a service Fee like other villas or hotels of
10%
- Rental Rates are quoted in US Dollars
- 11% Government Accommodations Tax is not included in rates
- Daily Rental Rates are available with a 4 night minimum stay on
all villas, except for Orchid Villa which has a six night minimum
stay requirement.
- Rates shown are based on up to 6 people maximum per villa.
- At time of booking a 3 night deposit is required.
- Payment on the balance of the stay is required 14 days prior to
your date of arrival
- 21 days written cancellation notice is required for all refunds
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Please no pets
- We do have Pack-N-Plays available at No Charge to our family
guests that may require one.
CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM ALL
RESERVATIONS AT TIME OF BOOKING
All reservations can be confirmed with a major credit card. All
reservations require an advanced deposit of 3 nights villa rental plus
tax. The credit card information that is provided to us will be charged
the due 3 night deposit at the time that the reservation is made. Full
payment of the reservation is required 14 days prior to arrival. The
same credit card that is provided to us will automatically be charged
for the balance of the stay 14 days prior to your date of arrival.
Refunds of all deposits are available provided that your reservation is
cancelled 21 days prior to your reserved date of arrival. Written notice
of the cancellation must be received and confirmed through email at
info@AtlanticOceanBeachVillas.com.
