JASMINE VILLA is 1400 square feet and is located on the second floor and has a very large oversized furnished verandah. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a private bathroom. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with an icemaker and a spacious living room. There is a sun deck overlooking the pool area. Central air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls and daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge. Jasmine Villa is located amongst tropical landscaped gardens beside the centrally located swimming pool. There is beach access from the villa, which is just a few steps away to our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our street is a "narrow" non-commercial sandy residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it. You might not see more than 10-15 other cars travel on it in a one day period. You would cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive patio stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean. Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please. Since the living room in Jasmine Villa has a sofa sleeper that can be opened and becomes a bed, the villa can in fact sleep up to 6 people.
